All on Four restores an edentulous jaw with a single fixed prosthesis anchored on four implants. Because the rear implants are placed at an angle, the existing bone can often be used without additional grafting.

Who is it for?
- People with no remaining teeth in a jaw, or whose teeth all need extracting

How the process works
Bone structure is assessed from a panoramic X-ray and CT scan, and the plan is shared with you in advance. Where needed, extraction and implant placement are carried out in the same session.
In most cases a temporary fixed prosthesis is fitted the same day; once integration with the bone is complete, the permanent prosthesis is made at a second visit.
Recovery and adapting
A soft diet is advised for the first weeks; swelling and bruising can last a few days. How long it takes to adapt to speaking and chewing varies from person to person.
The interdental brush and water flosser your dentist recommends should be used regularly to clean beneath the prosthesis.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I leave with teeth the same day?
- Where the bone allows, a temporary fixed prosthesis can usually be fitted the same day. That assessment is made after a CT scan and examination.
- Can the prosthesis come out?
- No. It is screwed onto the implants and fixed in place; only your dentist can remove it for a check-up or cleaning.
- How many days should I stay?
- 5–7 days is usually recommended for the first visit. A second, shorter visit is planned for the permanent prosthesis; the exact duration is shared with your treatment plan.
